How do I look after an indoor garden?
Indoor gardens require low maintenance and are easy to care for. We have a full guide ‘Caring for your indoor garden’ which can be looked at here.


Do you deliver?
Yes. Interior Oasis are a Bristol based company so we offer a delivery service within a 10-mile radius of the City of Bristol boundary. If you are at all unsure, please contact us before purchasing.  


How do you arrange delivery?
Customers are given the choice to select an preferred delivery date and time at the checkout. Once the purchase is completed, you’ll receive an email confirming your delivery day and time.  We will however, also telephone the customer to discuss delivery dates and times.  As we are a local Bristol business we can be flexible with our delivery day.

Should the customer need to change the delivery date and time they can do so by following the link on their email, giving at least 48 hours’ notice. Interior Oasis will do their best to deliver at this new time but due to other scheduling commitments, may need to contact the customer to re-arrange. 

Should Interior Oasis need to change the delivery date and time due to unforeseen circumstances, they will do so by giving the customer as much notice as possible.


What happens if I’m not in to receive the delivery?
At the time of delivery, should there not be anyone at the address to receive the indoor garden, re-delivery will need to be arranged. This may lead to the customer being re-charged for delivery due to levels of demand.


What if I change my mind once I’ve received my indoor garden?
Customers can change their mind within fourteen working days starting on the day after they receive their indoor garden.

They will need to contact and email Interior Oasis to confirm they would like to return the item and cancel their contract. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to take reasonable care of the product which must be returned to us as soon as possible once the contract has been cancelled. It is also the responsibility of the customer to return the item to us at our contact address and at their own cost.

Once we have received the product and it is in a resalable condition, we will refund the full amount excluding delivery charges.
