Your personal data, entered when purchasing products, will be used to provide you with the necessary information on the goods you purchase through our website, as well as for billing and delivery purposes to fulfil your product order. 

Contact details you provide will enable both you and us to establish delivery information and to further communicate should there be any changes that occur. 

All data that is acquired during the purchasing process will be used solely for this purpose. In terms of the law this is where we need to perform the contract and is based on our legitimate interests in providing you with the best service and products.

We will continue to use your information with your consent until the contract between us ends or is terminated under any contract terms. We will also end processing your information if you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists. 


Sharing your information
We do not share your information with third parties. We may, however, disclose your personal data in cases where we are required by law to pass on information or if we believe action is necessary for fraud, cyber crime or to protect the website, rights or personal safety of persons. This is, by law, us complying with legal or regulatory obligation.
